Here are a few shots from my February 2015 trip to the Inotawa lodge in the Tambopata area of Peruvian Amazon.

I was there in the rainy season and was treated to some flooded forest.

Below, a totally submerged path. Fortunately Inotawa provides rubber boots.

Below, my ‘bridge’.

This appears to be some sort of shielded insect. It was about 1 centimeter across.

The meals were great. I only wish I had remembered to photograph more of them.
